The AQ Acentor project, the promoter of the Aquila Capital group, announces the achievement of a milestone in the sale of homes in the two tallest towers in Malaga.

A particularly significant figure that occurred thanks to the company’s commercial efforts over the past year.

With a built-up area of ​​more than 77,000 m2, the two structures will house about 450 homes, 500 parking spaces and will involve an investment of more than 175 million euros.

Its construction, by hand Avintia, is expected to be concluded by the end of 2023.

Once completed, the towers will be placed at a height of more than 100 meters to stand as the tallest buildings in the city of Malaga, above the cathedral tower – with a height of 90 meters.

Specifically, the South Tower will have about 250 homes for sale and will be shaped in a Y-shape to favor views, facilitate ventilation and natural lighting of the homes.

For its part, the north, with a T-shaped floor plan, will house about 200 rental homes and hotel space that will occupy from the first to the 13th floor.

Also, all units have an external view and services such as a rooftop pool, coworking or cinema hall.

AQ Acentor also had the support of Andalusian technology company Sobway to ensure that AQ Urban Sky was Smart building. Thanks to this, a mobile application will be developed that will enable the management of numerous services in the building.

AQ Urban Sky is located in Malaga’s Marlaga Martiricos district and represents one of the major milestones of the area’s urban regeneration plan, which includes commercial spaces and more than 20,000 m2 of green space, pedestrian areas and bike paths.

The development is located just 10 minutes from María Zambrano AVE station, Larios Street, Muelle Uno and communicates perfectly with the A7 with the airport and the rest of the province.

In terms of sustainability, future owners will stay in buildings with the highest energy rating, built according to the criteria required to obtain the BREEAM certificate “Very good” and will have a CO2 offset service for two years from the delivery of homes, applied to all projects real estate AQ Acentor.
